What data the forms handle

The request forms ask for your name, a phone number or email address, and details of your shipment (origin, destination, weight, pallets, pickup date, or a free-text message).

Where that data goes

This website has no backend and stores nothing. When you press “Send Request”, your device's own email app opens with a pre-filled message addressed to info@torvix.ee — nothing is sent until you press send in your email app, and nothing you type is transmitted to or stored on our web servers. The email you send us is kept only as long as needed to handle your request and our legal bookkeeping obligations.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. Your language choice (EN/ET) lives only in the open page and is forgotten when you close it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask us what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to info@torvix.ee and we will reply within 30 days.
